We took the ferry to Fetirye and then all six of us and cases went in a private transfer 2:5 hours to Kas.
the second half of the trip along a very scenic drive
We are all staying together at Jackie and Marks unit here in Kas. The view from Jackie and Marks’ ‘unit is amazing but the access with suitcases not easy, it sits well up the hill overlooking Kas and the Mediterranean Sea. Just Stunning.
Kastellozi island a greek island opposite and easily seen from the unit.
We wandered into town for a late lunch early dinner and saw the harbour. drinks on the menu.
The trip home hair-raising as the car we hired was gutless and it couldn’t make it up the hill with six people in the car so we had to walk up the 300 steps while Mick took over driving from Mark and took the shopping to the top of the hill.
Johns birthday Day 2
A lovely quiet day washing and swimming in the pool and then out to dinner at the marina for Johns birthday with a cake and lovely food.
Day 3
A long morning at home then into town for our tickets to Kastellorzio tomorrow
Lunch at Smileys and shopping
A hot afternoon, Jackie and Di went to the beach and i stayed at the unit.
Day 4
Kastellorizo
A lovely greek island which we took the ferry from Turkey.
A harbour with pretty coloured houses, boats and tavernas with seats beds and areas to swim. Just Gorgeous.

The morning was at
Mocamp, a swimming area with drinks food and ladder to the water . So refreshing!
We spent the afternoon at the unit and then taxis to Smileys for dinner.
Day 6 Farewell Kas and thanks for the great company and hospitality.
A long taxi drive to Dalaman airport , dropping Mick and Di at Frethiye. We arrived in Istanbul , next blog.
